Data Update Frequency
- The program establishes your active project portfolio initially, and it’s designed for recurring facilitation by either this consultant or your staff (i.e. quarterly).
Training Approach
- Our implementation package includes instructional videos for both Power BI users and staff responsible for ongoing program management.
Data Hosting
- Public Data Intelligence securely hosts the data in a SharePoint folder. You’ll have on-demand access to update Power BI, and report users receive a direct weblink to the read-only Power BI report.
Licensing
- The number of report users is determined by your agency, with an annual user fee of $150. User access is managed by Public Data Intelligence.
IT Involvement
- Typically, IT involvement isn’t necessary. User access and report hosting are fully managed by Public Data Intelligence.
Is the report colorblind friendly?
- Yes, we have chosen a colorblind-friendly color palette. Power BI also has high-contrast options built in.
